Is it free?
The chart, the five-element and ten-god distribution, and a preview of every topic are free. The full report for a topic is paid.
Does it work on iPhone?
There is no iPhone app. Open namedam.com in a browser and the free features work the same way.
What if I do not know my birth hour?
It still works. Leave the hour unknown and the chart is calculated with three pillars instead of four. Anything that depends on the hour is left out.
Does it work if I was born outside Korea?
The chart is calculated from the date and time you enter. The form asks for a date, an hour, and sex.
Do I need an account?
No. The free chart, the previews, and a purchase all work without one. You can create an account if you want reports to follow you to a new device.
How do I reopen a report I bought?
Tap Restore purchases. It works off the Google Play account you bought with.
Is the price the same in the app and on the web?
It can differ. In the app the Google Play listing price is what gets charged. Check the screen right before payment.
How do I delete my data or get a refund?
Ask us to delete the information you entered and it is destroyed without delay. Refunds for an app purchase follow the Google Play refund process.
